Foundation Agreement and Constitution
The name of the group shall be called Enfield Cricket Development Partnership (ECDP)
Membership of the organisation is open to;
Membership requires that members commit to attending at least 75% of meetings. Failure to attend will result in an organisation losing their 1 vote for the next calendar year.
There will be no restrictions on grounds of sex, age, race, political or religious beliefs.
The Committee shall appoint three officers a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer from the membership on an annual basis at the AGM.
The Partnership shall meet quarterly. A quorum for all meetings shall not be less than five members’ organisations.
The duties of the Partnership shall be:
Annual General Meeting
The secretary will send out notice of an AGM at least 28 days in advance of the meeting to potential attendees.
Members must advise the Secretary in writing of any business to be moved at the AGM at least 14 days before the meeting.
The Secretary shall send out the Agenda 7 days before the AGM.
Each member organisation will have 1 vote.
A meeting will be called after discharging all debts and liabilities of the organisation. The remaining assets shall not be paid or distributed amongst the members of the group, but shall be transferred to Middlesex Cricket Trust for the benefit of cricket in Enfield.
